Nghiên cứu cơ cấu ký trinh trùng sốt rét tại Ninh Thuận bằng kỹ thuật PCR (2009-2010)

The composition of human malaria parasites was studied by PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) in Ninh Thuan province within a period 2009-2010. The specific primers based on the four human malaria and P. knowlesi specific DNA sequences on the 18ssu-rRNR genes. The results of PCR assay showed that: Malaria parasite species composition in Ninh Thuan province were abundant with presence of 3 human malaria parasite species: Pfalciparum was contained 63.12 percent, P. vivax 29.79 percent, P. malariae 4.96 percent and monkey malaria parasite P. knowlesi was infected in human 2.12 percent.
