Studying on peritonitis complication of 261 chronic renal failure patients treating with Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis, the results show that rate of peritonitis is 11.1 percent. Clinical symptoms with high ratio are abdominal pain 93.1 percent, cloudy effluent 96.6 percent, abdominal tenderness (+) is 89.7 percent. High serum CRP is 100 percent, increase of white blodd cells is 56.8 percent, high neutrophil is 86.2 percent and positive effluent bacterials is 24.1 percent. Peritonitis relates to old age, cause of renal failure is diabetic mellitus, educational status is pre-high school, living in urban, however no relation with gender.
