Nghiên cứu đặc điểm cộng hưởng từ và mối liên quan với thang điểm Womac ở bệnh nhân thoái hóa khớp gối

Magnetic resonance images (MRI) techniques allow simultaneous evaluation of all joint structures along with the evaluation of the early changes in the cartilage. In this study, the authors aimed to determine the relationship between structure changes in the joint observed by MRI and Womac score in patients with knee OA. Result: cartilage lesions of the tibio- femoral and bone marrow edema pattern were frequently demonstrated on MR images in patients with knee osteoarthritis. These findings showed significant correlations with Womac pain and stiffness. Severe Osteophytes had significant higher Womac stiffness and function scores.
