After analizing the data of 132 stroke patients, including 68 recurrence cases: - The rate of reoccurence stroke: reoccurence one time 64.5 percent, two time 22 percent, three time 10.5 percent; - The brain damages of reccurent stroke localized on the same site 77.8 percent and on the opposite site 22.2 percent; - The clinical feature of reccurent stroke: the degree of the clinical severty dominated on the group of reccurent stroke. - Image CT of brain: there are multiple brain infacts and in different arterial territories of reccurence stroke; - The risk factors of recurrence stroke: age or = 60, hypertension, diabetes, dislipodemia, rate Hs-CRP high, did not use an antiplatelet.
