Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng rối loạn tâm thần ở bệnh nhân bệnh phổi tắc nghẹn mãn tính

Obejectives: To study mental disorder clinical features in patients with COPD. Methods: a cross descriptive study was conducted on 39 cases diagnosed with COPD in the Military Hospital No.103 from September 2009 to September 2011. Results: Depressive disorder 56.40 percent, attention deficit disorder 87.17 percent, memory disorder 74.35 percent, sleep disorder 76.92 percent, anxiety disorder 30.76 percent, anxiety-depressive disorder 28.20 percent and consciousness disorder 5.12 percent. Conclusions: The rate of mental disorder in patients with COPD is rather high.
