Salivary gland tumours comprise an important group of lesions in head and neck pathology. Ojectives: study on clinical features of salivary gland tumours. Patients and methods: A retrospective study of 65 salivary glands tumours operated from 1/2007 to 11/2008 in National ENT hospital. Results: Of these, 28 patients (41.5 percent) were male, 37 patients (58.5 percent) female (ratio of 1:1.4). The ages ranged from 9-70 with mean age of 39.4. Most of the tumours accurred at the age group of 21-60 (73.8 percent). 63.1 percent of tumor originated from the parotid, 24.6 percent from the minor salivary glands. Swell of glands were the most frequent symptom. Conclusions: Clinical aspects of salivary gland tumours varied considerably, many sites at head and neck were affected.
