Objective: Determine the clinical and radiographic characters of interchotranteric fracture of elder patients. Patients and methods: Study retrospectively on 59 patients with average age is 81.1 years old; female/male ratio is 2/1; 84.7 percent patients had other diseases; 86.7 percent patients had A2 and A3 type fracture according to AD classification with 44.1 percent unstable fracture and 100 percent had osteoporosis.
