86 women suffering unrutured ectopic pregnancy was treated by single dose Methotrexat at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Hanoi from 10/2010 to 6/2012. The Trial study method was used. The results are following: The general rate successes was 86 percent in which the first inject was 75.7 percent, the second inject was 20.3 percent; the third was 2.7 percent and fourth was 1.4 percent. The rate of failure was 14 percent (12 cases). After the first injection, betahCG concentration quickly decreased (15 percent), so the rate of successful was 75.7 percent. All most of successful was after the first injection. The rate of successes after the 1st and 2nd were 82.8 percent. It's failure at the 3rd and 4th injection. The rate of successes depends of betahCG concentration. After 1st injection, the of betahCG 1000 UI/L, successful was 80.9 percent; with betahCG 1.0000 3.000Ul/L successful was 71.4 percent and betahCG from 3.000 -5.000 UI/L, successful was 45.5. The gestation sac 1.5cm, successes was 94. 6 percent; from 1.5cm to 2. 5 cm: successes 89.4 percent and from 2.5cm to s 3.5 successes 72.7 percent. There are not any side effect. Conclusion: The rate of successes on treatment unruptered ectopic pregnancy with single dose Methotrexat was 86 percent and most successes is 2 injections first time. The rate of successes depends on the betahCG concentration and gestation sac size.
