Nghiên cứu giá trị của siêu âm và cắt lớp vi tính trong chẩn đoán ung thư tụy

This retrospective study was carried out to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT) comparing with surgery in pancreatic cancer patients. Thirty-five patients had the final diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. The sensitivities, specificity, accuracy of US, CT were 73 percent; 53 percent; 63 percent and 95 percent; 100 percent; 98 percent, respectively. On the basis of this study, the authors rerommend CT as a diagnostic test of pancreatic cancer.
