Objective: Evaluate the effect of Tadimax tablet to treat fibroid of uterine. Methods: Clinical trials study included 194 out- patients with one fibroid of uterine size from 2cm to 6cm, evaluating these size before treating, after treating 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Results: Each patient takes 540 Tadimax tablets during 90 days. They are examined, tested and interviewed before treating, after treating 30 days, 60 days and 90 days. Evaluate the results is success if the decrease of size of fibroid: excellent- decrease more than 50 percent; very good- decrease from 20 percent to 49 percent; good- decrease from 10 percent to 19 percent; acceptabledecrease less than 10 percent and the results is failure if the increase the size of fibroid.Conciusions: The effect of Tadimax tablet to treat fibroid of uterine is 74.7 percent.
