Buckground and Purpose: to investigate clinicaldetermirants and CT scan images on ischemic stroke patients. Methods from a prospective ischemic patients database of 110 hospital, 54 patients were analyted, results: (75.9 percent) were man, (24.1 percent) were women. The age mean was (70.1). Progress gradually of onset (46.3 percent), hemiplegia (88.9 percent), dysarthric or difficully (48.1 percent), injury of vii neuvre (40.7 percent), sensory disturbance in the halfbody (29.6 percent). The lesions in left cerebral hemispheres (55.6 percent), tempural area (25.9 percent), forehead (24.1 percent), apex area (37 percent), one on lesion (77.8 percent), lesions under 5cm (87.2 percent).
