The study was conducted on 60 healthy male white mice, aged 8-10 weeks, and weighed 20-30 g. The purposeof the research was to evaluate the locomotor activities and social interactions in mice that were injected with ketamine, a drug affecting glutamatergic system. Mice were divided into two groups. Control group consisted of 30 mice were injected with NaCl 0.9 percent dosed 10 ml/kg/day for 14 consecutive days. Ketamine group consisted of 30 mice were injected with ketamine dosed 20mg/kg/day for 14 days continuously. The results showed that the numberof entries,exits from the centerzone, the numberof passingthroughthe middleline in the locomotive chamber, time of interactions in the interative chamber and the number of entries, exits from the open arm and center zone in cross maze in the ketamine group were lower than those before injection and those of the control group.
