Nghiên cứu mô hình bệnh máu và cơ quan tạo máu góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và điều trị bệnh nhân. Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu sự phân bố các loại bệnh máu và cơ quan tạo máu ở bệnh nhân được điều trị tại viện Huyết học-Truyền máu Trung ương giai đoạn 1/2022-6/2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu 10.037 bệnh nhân được điều trị tại Viện Huyết học- Truyền máu Trung ương từ 1/2022 – 6/2024. Kết quả: Bệnh ác tính cơ quan tạo máu chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (51%), bệnh lý dòng hồng cầu ngoại vi đứng thứ 2 (15,9%), bệnh lý dòng tiểu cầu ngoại vi, bệnh lý huyết sắc tố, các bệnh lý khác liên quan đến máu gặp với tỷ lệ lần lượt là (13%), (7,7%), (5,4%). Nhóm bệnh lý rối loạn đông máu, suy tuỷ và giảm sinh tuỷ, bệnh lý màng, enzym ít gặp hơn.
Study on distribution of blood diseases and blood-forming organs to improve the efficiency of management anh treatment of patients. Objective: To study the distribution of blood diseases and blood-forming organs in patients treated at the National Institute Hematology and Blood Transfusion from 1/2022-6/2023. Subjects and research methodds: Retrospective study 10.0037 patients were treated at the National Institute Hematology and Blood Transfusion from 1/2022 -6/2023. Results: malignant hematopoietic organs has highest proportion (51%), peripheral erythrocyte 2nd (15,9%), platelet disease, hemoglobinopathy , other disease related to blood have rates respectively (13%), (7,7%), (5,4%). Coagulation disorders, bone marrow failure, pathologies inssocinted membranes, enzymes are low common.
