With the aim of studying the relationship between the degree of ST segment difference before and after coronary intervention with the early cardiovascular events within 30 days, research was performed on 300 patients with myocardial infarction coronary intervention percutaneous. Resuls as follows: - Coronary artery lesions in patients with multiple coronary artery itself will cause ST segment significantly higher than patients with simple lesions only right coronary arteries. This effect is not evident if the previous ventricular septal artery or arteries hat. - Algebraic sum of ST level difference before and after intervention correlated closely to mortality events within 30 days in patients with acute myocardial infarction. - In the post-intervention case the average value of remaining total ST segment elevation 7mm wages higher risk of death.
