
Objective: Study some toxicites on hepatorenal system by some biochemia index during acute myelogenous leukemia chemotherapy. Patients and methods: 90 frequence of patients with acute myelogenous leukemia were taken the chemotherapy by "3+7", ADE and imtermediate-dose cytarabin protocol. Results:.Rate of increasing GOT, GPT were highest in "3+7" protocol (33.3 percent va 50 percent), lower in ADE (13.3 percent and 16.7 percent) and intermediate-dose cytarabin protocol (3.3 percent and 16.7 percent). Rate of increasing bilirubin was highest in "3+7" protocol (23.3 percent), lower in ADE (10 percent), and normal in intermediate-dose cytarabin protocol. Renal failure with rates of 3.3 percent and 6.7 percent in "3+7" and ADE protocol. Conclusion: Toxicity rate on hepato-renal system was highest in "3+7" protocol for patients with acute myelogenous leukemia.
