They were measured urodynamic indexes and the results obtained were compared with the clinical characteristics, IPSS score, QoL score, postvoid residual urine volume and Qmax. Results: There are 20,6 percent patients have detrusor overactivity, poor bladder compliance is 79,4 percent. Group of patients with bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) 70,0 percent; equivocal BOO 10,0 percent; unobstructed 20,0 percent. Group of patients with weak detrusor contractility 46,7 percent, normal 30,0 percent and strong 23,3 percent. Uncorrelated between BOOI - IPSS, BOOI - QoL. High correlation between BOOI and Qmax. These differences are significant between detrusor overactivity with lower bladder capacities, poor bladder compliance, lower BOOI. Conclusion: urodynamic test provides important informations for assessing the situation bladder outlet obstruction due to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
