Objective: To study the index of peripheral blood cells of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the National Lung Hospital from August 2010 to June 2011. Patients and Methods: 209 TB patients treated at the National Lung Hospital from August 2010 to June 2011 to be examined blood count index. Results and Conclusion: RBC: 4.08 + or - 0.71 x 1012/L. Haemoglobin concentration: 118.3 + or - 20.4 glL, hematocrit: 37.2 + or - 6.1 percent. WBC: 9.73 + or - 4.17 x 109/L. Formula leukocytes: Neutral: 64.3 + or - 13.4 percent. Lymphocytes: 21.1 + or - 10.9 percent. Monocytes: 10.5 + or - 4.4 percent. Eosinophiles: 4.2 + or - 3.2 percent. Basophiles: 0.1 + or - 0.1 percent. Platelet count: 325. 9 + or - 137. 7 x 109/L.
