Methods: A prospective study was conducted on 116 patients who have inferior acute myocardial infacrtion from May 2008 to August 2009, in Vietnam National Heart Institue. Results: Aging above 60 years old is a factor with independent prognostic valuein patients with inferior acute myocardial infarction. The admission of patients with acute heart failure degree of Killip III-IV with the risk of death in hospital 4 times higher than in patients with Killip I-II. The mortality rate after 6 months follow-up of these two groups did not differ significantly. Cardiogenic shock is a risk of hospital mortality during follow-up increased to 7 times. NT-Pro BNP concentrations, the authors conducted quantitative Pro BNP in 38 patients. Pro BNP levels of patients die about 5 times higher compared with survivors. The mortality rate was 0 percent the groups with EF of 60 percent, and increased to13.3 percent in the group with EF40 percent. When considering the groups. of patients who diedin hospital (n
