Nghiên cứu một số yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức và kỹ năng truyền thông giáo dục sức khỏe của cán bộ y tế xã phường ở Thừa Thiên Huế

Objects: To determine a some factors related to their knowledge and practice of health communication and education. Methods: cross-sectional description.Sample sizes: 844 medical staffs had been workking from 12. months .at 152 health centers of communes or wards. Results: Good level of knowledge is high for graduated staff of medical university (40.3 percent), worked at ward health center for 5 years or more (25.9 percent), satisfaction of income(33.6 percent), understanding medical information (20.6 percent), participated on three or more health programs at ward (35.5 percent), have trained on health education for 3 areas or more (28.9 percent). Good level of practice is higher rate in the staffs with Medical University degree (73.9 percent), worked at ward health center for 5 years or more (47.5 percent), practiced of plays in the training (51.8 percent). Conclusion: The good level of health education knowledge related to qualifications, time worked, the understanding medical information, health care program participation, trained for health education, satisfaction of income. The good level of practice related to qualification, time worked, and has played in training.
