Nghiên cứu nồng độ Apolipoprotein A1 và Alpha 2- Macroglobulin trong huyết tương ở bệnh nhân xơ gan có nhiễm Virus viêm gan B

Cirrhosis is a consequence of chronic liver disease characterized by replacement of liver tissue by fibrosis, scar tissue and regenerative nodules. This study analyzed the plasma Apolipoprotein A1 and Alpha 2- Macroglobulin levels of 70 cirrhosis patients with HBV and 70 control to assess the effects of cirrhosis to the function of protein synthesis. Result showed that Apolipoprotein A1 levels of cirrhosis patients (0,93 + or - 0,35 g/l) with HBV were lower than that of control group, but Alpha 2-Macroglobulin levels (2,21 + or - 0,68 g/l) were higher (p 0.001). Thus cirrhosis have reduced levels of apolipoprotein A1 and increased concentrations of Alpha 2-Macroglobulin in plasma.
