Nghiên cứu nồng độ Ferritin huyết thanh ở bệnh tự miễn (viêm khớp dạng thấp và Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống)

Study aims: To determine the value of ferrtin in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. Patients and methods: 37 lupus patients, and 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients who were diagnosed, treated in Rhematology department, Bach Mai Hospital from May,2010 to May, 2011. Examination and laboratory have done for all patients. Result: Ferritin level increased in autoimmune diseases. High level of ferritin in 37 lupus patients 1027.4 + or - 324.4 ng/ml compared with 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients 422.4 + or - 128.5 ng/mll with p 0.01. Conclusion: level of ferritin higher in autoimmune diseases, specially ih patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
