The author conducted for 120 volunteer platelet donors by 2012 in Hai Phong hematology and blood Transfusion center using apheresis system Trima.The results shows that the Platelets count is strong reduced after the don nation platelet but still within normal range ( 150 G/l), the platelets count then recovered in the fifth day, the amount of Hemoglobin, WBC are not reduced. The biochemical index: the ion Natri, ion potassium, Glucose blood were reduced not significally, the ion calcium was reduced after the first hour donnation and was recovered in the after fourth hours donation.
