Nghiên cứu sự thay đổi nồng độ IL-1Beta huyết thanh ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường typ 2

There were different mechanisms involved in insulin resistance, leading to hyperglycemia and type 2 diabetes (T2D). Recently studies shown that interleukin 1 beta (IL-1beta played an important role in pathogenesis of this disease. This study results carried out on 60 patients with DM type 2 and 30 health control subjects. The results showed that the serum level of IL-1beta in patients with T2D were significantly increased in comparision to healthy subjects.There was a positive correlation between serum IL-lbeta levels and the fasting blood glucose level and percentage of HbA1c in T2D (p0.001).
