A prospective study on 30 patients with full thickness burns treated with acid salicylic 40 percent. Included 23 male and 7 female. Ages from 2 to 67 years old. The study carried out at 7th to 8th postburn when dry necrozed tissue formed. In the cases of full thickness burns treated with acid salicylic 40 percent showed that: in children necrozed tissue begins to fall away at 12 + or - 2.5 days while health granulation tissue appeared at 15 + or - 2.5 days. And adult are 23 + or - 2.5 days and 26 + or - 2.5 days. In the control group treated with SSD 1 percent it took 15 + or - 2.5 days and 19 + or - 2.5 days in children. The number are 23 + or - 2.5 days and 26 + or - 2.5 days in adult. The role of oilment acid salycilic 40 percent product as an effective unburn remedy on the bacterial isolates from the wounds of patients were discussed also.
