Nghiên cứu tần suất kiểu hình HLA ở bệnh nhân dự tuyển ghép thận và người dự tuyển hiến thận tại bệnh viện 103

Objectives: To indentify the allele frequency of HLA class I and class II loci. Patients and Method: HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-DR of 290 Kinh Vietnamese were typed by PCR-SSP method and the frequency of loci were estimated. Results: The most frequent alleles were: A*l1, A*02, A*24, A*33; B*15, B*46; DRB1*12, DRB1*09, DRB1*15. Alleles A*34, A*36; B*08, B*14, B*28; DRB1*16, DRB1*01, DRB1*11 were rare appeared. Conclusion: the study showed the results similar with other Vietnamese authors.
