School heathcare is concemed by the Govennent, Politic party and by society. However, there are limitations on this matter leading to unmeet - needs of pupil health care. Objectives: To assess the heathcare at Primary and secondary school in Vinh city, Nghe An province, and discuss solutions to improve the health care at primary and secondary schools in Vinh city related to above matters. Study subjects: Health personels at these schools and pupils at these schools. Results: The health and equipment at primary and secondary schools in Vinh city are not meet the standard criteria. There are limitations on health care personels at these schools. All of health personels are on short contract, receiving low salary, unstable working place. 11 percent of them did not graduate from medical school. The rate of pupil health insurance is low, especially at surburban areas. The rate of pupils who suffering the school health problems is high and the pupils were not taken care properly.
