Nghiên cứu tình hình bệnh lây truyền qua đường tình dục tại Bệnh viện da liễu Trung ương

Objective: To investigate the situation of the sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) at the National hospital of Dermatology and Venereology (NHDV). Material and Method: the cross-sectional study based on data gathered from patients with STDs at the NHDV from 01/2006 to 12/2010. Results: During 5 years, there were 20,260 patients with STDs, accounting for 2.5 percent of patients at the out patient department, in which 38.9 percent of patients was woman, 61.1 percent of patients was man. There was 55.2 percent of patients suffered from condilloma accumunata, 18.1 percent urethritis, 13.7 percent vaginalitis, 6.2 percent gonorrhoea 3.5 percent syphilis, 2.4 percent herpes 0.3 percent plevis inflammation and 0.4 percent of patients with HIV. There was 52 percent of patients being free - workers. The number of farmer was similar to that of worker and office staff (13 percent), 7 percent of patients was students and 2 percent was conductors. Conclusion: The STDs patients accounted for 2.5 percent of out-patients at NHDV. It mainly occurred in the age of sex-activity. The number of patients with condilloma acummunata was highest and most of patients was free workers.
