Đại dịch COVID-19 đã diễn biến rất phức tạp, gây ra gánh nặng bệnh tật và tổn thất lớn về sức khoẻ và kinh tế. Theo WHO, việc người dân được tiếp cận rộng rãi và sử dụng vắc xin an toàn, hiệu quả chính là yếu tố quan trọng nhất để phòng, chống dịch bệnh. Mục tiêu: Mô tả kiến thức, thái độ và mức độ bao phủ vắc xin COVID-19 và các yếu tố liên quan tại xã Phước Long, huyện Phước Long, tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 400 người dân từ 18 – 65 tuổi hiện đang sinh sống tại xã Phước Long, huyện Phước Long, tỉnh Bạc Liêu. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ kiến thức tốt chiếm 47%, thái độ tích cực là 61,8%, tỷ lệ tiêm đủ liều vắc xin COVID-19 là 56%. Kết luận: Kiến thức, thái độ về tiêm vắc xin COVID-19 và tiêm đủ liều vắc xin COVID-19 còn chưa cao. Cần có giải pháp can thiệp để tăng tỷ lệ kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành tiêm đúng của người dân.
The COVID-19 pandemic has developed very complicatedly, causing a heavy burden of disease and great health and economic losses. According to WHO, widespread access to and use of safe and effective vaccines is the most important factor in disease prevention and control. Objectives: To describe knowledge, attitudes, and coverage of COVID-19 vaccines and related factors in Phuoc Long commune, Phuoc Long district, Bac Lieu province. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 400 people from 18 to 65 years old currently living in Phuoc Long commune, Phuoc Long district, Bac Lieu province. Results: The rate of good knowledge is 47%, the rate of positive attitude is 61.8%, the rate of full dose of COVID-19 vaccine is 56%. Conclusion: People's knowledge and attitudes about COVID-19 vaccination and full dose of COVID-19 vaccine are still low. It is necessary to have an intervention solution to increase the proportion of people's correct knowledge, attitude, and practice of injection.
