Lá chè dây (Ampelopsis cantoniensis) có chứa hàm lượng lớn flavonoid chủ yếu là dihydromyricetin, từ lâu đã được dân gian sử dụng để chữa các bệnh viêm loét dạy dày. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi là nghiên cứu mới xác định các thông số tối ưu trong chiết xuất cao chè dây giàu dihydromyricetin. Kết quả thu được cho thấy các thông số chiết xuất trong quy trình đã xây dựng có thể được áp dụng trong công nghiệp để chiết xuất, điều chế cao chiết chè dây giàu dihydromyricetin trong lá, góp phần vào tạo sản phẩm phục vụ và chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng.
Ampelopsis cantoniensis leaves contain large amounts of flavonoids, mainly dihydromyricetin, which have long been used by folk to treat stomach ulcers diseases. Our new study is to determine the optimal parameters in dihydromyricetin rich extracts from Ampelopsis cantoniensis leaves. The obtained results show that the extraction parameters can be applied in the industry to extract the dihydromyricetin rich leaves extracts, contributing to the creation of products for service community health care.
