In a random study in 243 collected type 2 diabetic patients, authorsfound that the rat of peripheral neuropathy is 63.4 percent; includes: 66.3 percent is sensory polyneuropathy; 64.3 percent is areflexia. With monofilament device, the rate of this complication is 47.4 percent; includes: 58.5 percent is losing of position an vibration, 54.5 percent is muscle atrophy. In the study, only 8.3 percent collected patients had wellcontrolled glycemic level (HbA1c 7 percent).
