Xác định các mức độ văn hóa sức khỏe ở người cao tuổi bị tăng huyết áp đang được quản lý tại các trạm y tế và một số yếu tố nguy cơ liên quan tại huyện miền núi Hòa Vang thành phố Đà Nẵng. Kết quả cho thấy điểm trung bình VHSK chung là (22,1±7,6); Đánh giá theo các mức độ VHSK chung Không đủ 58,5%, Có vấn đề 36,0%, Đầy đủ 5,5%, Rất đầy đủ 0,0%. Văn hoá sức khoẻ có liên quan với nhóm tuổi, giới, học vấn, nghề nghiệp, kinh tế, thời gian phát hiện bệnh, tình trạng sức khỏe hiện tại của đối tượng nghiên cứu (p< 0,01).
Identify the level of health literacy and related factors among hypertensive older adults managed at Hoa Vang Commune Health Stations, Danang city. A cross-sectional study was conducted in 400 adults aged 60 and older managed at Commune Health Stations. Results showed that the score of general health literacy was 22.1±7.6. 58.5% of studied subjects had inadequate health literacy, 36.0% had a problem with health literacy while only 5.5% had adequate health literacy. Health literacy had a relationship with age group, gender, education, occupation, time diagnosis, health status with p<0.01. Conclusion The large proportion of hypertensive older adults in Hoa Vang district lacks health literacy and self-care ability.
