Examination of 30 patients, more than 35 years old, with 158 cervical wedge-shaped lesions. The results is: 86.6 percent has chief complaint of sensitivity to stimulation; the amount and severe sensivity become more and more with age is increasing; the most frequence is on premolar group; most of lesions are above gingival margin; cervical lesions relates to horizontal brushing habit; the depth of lesions range 1.8-2.8mm; 2.76-2.86mm of width.
