Objectives: Identify the rate, describe paraclinical and clinical features of post partum choriocarcinoma treated in National Hospital of OB-GYN. Materials and methods: sampling size: 48 patients during 10 years from 01/01/2001 to 31/12/2010. Research methods: retrospective descriptive study. Results: the rate of post partum choriocarcinoma / gestational trophoblastic tumors: 3.0 percent; over 40 age: 14.58 percent; intervals months from index pregnancy: under 4: 56.26 percent; 4-6: 8.30 percent; 7-12: 10.41 percent; over 12: 25 percent; last delivery: term: 91.7 percent, prematurity: 8.3 percent; abnormal uterine bleeding: 91.6 percent including severe hemorrhage: 10.4 percent; betahCG: min 913 UI/l, max: 6.091.600 UI/I, average: 140.000 UI/l; uterine lesions: 83 percent; metastases: 47.91 percent including lung associated other site: 20.83 percent, simple lung metastases: 27.08 percent.
