Nhận xét đặc điểm lâm sàng và kết quả điều trị bệnh nhân mắc hội chứng cổ vai cánh tay điều trị tại khoa thần kinh Bệnh viện Đại học Y Thái Bình

The authors have reported initial of 108 patients with shoulder arm syndrome treated in the Department of Neurology, hospital of Thai binh Medical University, from 1/2011 to 12/2011. Method: opened, prospective, clinical metric counting and comparing the clinical features before and after treatment. The results showed that age of infection from 30-68, Average age 46,6 + or - 6,4, the highest age group is 50-59, rate male/femal = 4,14. The indication of combination method after 2 weeks of treatment significantly reduced level of pain. 36,11 percent no pain, 60,18 percent mild pain, ankle joint range of motion, the shoulder joint is markedly improved, 20,37 percent functional living well. During treatment no complications.
