Background: Between 2006 and 2010, 179 patients with the CBD diseases were performed ERCP. The patients with these diseases were fist diagnosed base on clinical, US and MRI examinations. Results: In this study the authors have 154 pts with common bile duct diseases were treated successfully, 134 pts were diagnosed of common bile duct stones, the rate ofsuccess in treating common bile duct is at 91.3 percent, the paper performed Oddi-sphincter in 83.5 percent prs, 6 pts have stenting, only 9 prs, the meantimes is 50.1 + or - 20.8 min/pt, complications: 11.2 percent, all of it's a slight.
