According to formal reports about 56 cases of acetabular fracture operated since January 2005 to November 2011. There were 42 male and 14 females, the youngest is 16 years old, and the oldest is 56 years old. Diagnosis based on X-ray with three view of Judet and 87.5 percent treated on computer scan. Applying Letoumel and Judet application: complicated type of fracture rate is 33/56 (58,92 percent) and simple fracture is 41.08 percent. About timing of surgery, the more early timing, the better result we get. About functional final result, excellent 39.28 percent; good 37.5 percent; fair 16.07 percent; poor 7.14 percent. Infected cases are 02, which were exposed to V.A.C device in 02 periods. There were 4 cases of postoperative osteoarthritis, which need to increase periodical follow-up. After performing 56 cases of acetabular fractures, the final result in excellent and good are 76.78 percent. Acetabulum operation is good indicating aim at recovering acetabular anatomy and functions. Those is our goal of acetabular fracture surgery.
