Mô tả thực trạng và một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới an toàn phẫu thuật tại bệnh viện Răng Hàm Mặt Trung ương Hà Nội năm 2022. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, định lượng kết hợp định tính. Thời gian từ tháng 5- 9/2022 trên 112 ca phẫu thuật và ekip, tài liệu có liên quan, sử dụng bảng kiểm đánh giá mức độ an toàn theo Quyết định 7482/QĐ-BYT. Số liệu định lượng được nhập bằng SPSS 25.0. Kết quả: bệnh viện đạt 94/110 điểm mức độ 4 – bảo đảm an toàn phẫu thuật. Có 3/5 tiêu chí đạt hoàn toàn, 5/8 tiêu chí đánh giá đều đạt một phần. Tiêu chí 4 có tỉ lệ ca phẫu thuật đạt là thấp nhất 72,3. 54/67 tiểu mục được đánh giá mức đạt, 8/67 tiểu mục trong bộ tiêu chị được đánh giá mức đạt một phần, 5/67 tiểu mục không đạt. Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng tích cực: Nhân viên y tế có kiến thức tốt và thái độ tích cực về an toàn phẫu thuật; Nhân viên y tế có trình độ kỹ năng chuyên môn tốt để thực hiện các ca phẫu thuật an toàn; Thuốc, hóa chất, vật tư tiêu hao, máu đủ; Hướng dẫn quy định, quy trình thực hiện an toàn phẫu thuật được xây dựng tương đối đầy đủ. Những yếu tố ảnh hưởng tiêu cực: Thiếu các buổi tập huấn an toàn phẫu thuật, thiếu cơ chế khen thưởng xử phạt.
Describe the situation and some factors affecting surgical safety in 2022. Method: Cross-sectional descriptive study, quantitative combined with qualitative. The period time was from May 2022 to September 2022 at National Hospital Of Odonto Stomatology. The sample size was 112 surgeries and related health staffs and documents. The study used a checklist to assess the safety level, classified according to Decision No.7482/QD-BYT. Collected data were entered using SPSS 25.0 software to analyse frequency and mean. Results: the hospital scored a safety level of 94,5/110, reaching level 4 - ensured surgical safety. There are 3 of 8 criteria obtainded total pass, 5 of 8 criteria obtained partial pass, criterion 4 has the lowest rate of surgery meet its requirements (72.3%). 54 of 67 sub-items were assessed as passing, 08 of 67 sub-items were assessed as partial pass, and 05 of 67 sub-items failed. Positive influencing factors: Medical staff have good knowledge and positive attitude about surgical safety; Medical staff with a good level of technical skills to perform safe surgeries; Medicines, chemicals, consumables, enough blood; Regulatory guidelines, procedures for safe surgical implementation are relatively complete. Negative influencing factors: Lack of training sessions on surgical safety, lack of reward and punishment mechanism.
