The retrospective study describing the management of the bleeding periods (1998-1999) has found that there're 2 cases of re-current bleeding need to have been reoperated with the rate of 1.2 percent failure. For the year 2008-2009, the succesful treatment rate is 97.1 percent; 6 cases failure at the rate of 2.9 percent. The uterine artery ligation seems the most effectiveness for bleeding cases due to placenta praevia. Blynch suture has been used for the bleeding cases due to uterine atony.
