Nghiên cứu được tiến hành với mục tiêu nhận xét nhu cầu phục hồi thẩm mỹ nhóm răng sữa phía trước của trẻ 5-8 tuổi và bố mẹ tại một số cơ sở công lập tại Hà Nội trong năm 2021 - 2022, qua việc phỏng vấn trực tiếp 690 đối tượng (gồm 230 trẻ đi cùng bố mẹ) đến khám, chữa bệnh. Số liệu thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi mở rộng dựa trên cơ sở bộ câu hỏi của Sharat Chandra Pani và cộng sự. Kết quả cho thấy cha mẹ quan tâm đến các tổn thương sâu răng ban đầu sớm hơn so với trẻ em. Đối với việc phục hồi răng sữa phía trước, các bậc cha mẹ và trẻ em đều cho rằng chụp zirconia là phương án thẩm mỹ nhất. Tỷ lệ đồng ý chụp zirconia đạt tính thẩm mỹ là 91,3% với mẹ trẻ, là 90,9% với bố trẻ, là 77,8% với trẻ em. Ngoài ra, vẫn còn một số yếu tố tồn tại khác làm ảnh hưởng đến nhu cầu phục hồi thẩm mỹ nhóm răng sữa phía trước của trẻ.
The study was conducted with the goal of assessing the aesthetic restoration needs of the primary anterior teeth of children 5-8 years old and their parents at some public facilities in Hanoi in the year 2021 - 2022, through interviews. directly 690 subjects (including 230 children accompanied by their parents) came for medical examination and treatment.
