Abstract
One toxic cardenolide glycoside and two lignan compounds were isolated from the leaves of Nerium oleander, they were structurally identified as dehydroadynerigenin 3-diginoside, pinoresinol and syringaresinol by ESI-MS and 1D-NMR experimental findings.
