Xác định tỷ lệ phẫu thuật lấy thai tại Bệnh viện Phụ Sản Trung ương năm 2021; Phân tích các yếu tố liên quan đến chỉ định phẫu thuật lấy thai. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Tỷ lệ mổ lấy thai chiếm 54,96%; các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mổ lấy thai gồm mổ đẻ cũ (OR = 41,49; 95%CI: 35,51 - 48,47; p < 0,001), tiền sản giật/cao huyết áp (OR = 34,39; 95%CI: 18,89 - 62,59; p < 0,001), mẹ bệnh tim (OR = 8,35; 95%CI: 4,21-16,57; p < 0,001), ngôi mông, ngôi vai (OR = 4,57; 95%CI: 3,82 - 5,46; p < 0,001), đa thai (OR = 5,84; 95%CI: 4,89 - 6,96; p < 0,001), rau tiền đạo (OR = 110,43; 95%CI: 41,27 - 295,49; p < 0,001), thai do thụ tinh ống nghiệm (OR = 5,91; 95%CI: 5,15 - 6,78; p < 0,001). Các yếu tố gồm mổ đẻ cũ, tiền sản giật/cao huyết áp, mẹ bệnh tim, ngôi mông, ngôi vai, đa thai, rau tiền đạo, thai do thụ tinh ống nghiệm có ảnh hưởng đến chỉ định mổ lấy thai.
Objective: To dermine the rate of cesarean delivery in National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2021; to analyse relative factors to cesarean delivery. Methods: Retrospective cohort study. Results: The rate of cesarean delivery was 54.96%; factors associated with cesarean section were history of cesarean delivery (OR = 41.49; 95%CI: 35.51 - 48.47; p < 0.001); preeclampsia/high blood pressure (OR=34.39; 95%CI: 18.89 - 62.59; p < 0.001), maternal heart disease (OR = 8.35; 95%CI: 4.21 - 16.57; p < 0.001), breech or transverse lie pregnancy (OR = 4.57; 95%CI: 3.82 - 5.46; p < 0.001), multiple pregnancy (OR = 4.57; 95%CI: 3.82 - 5.46; p < 0.001), Placenta previa (OR = 110.43; 95%CI: 41.27 - 295.49; p < 0.001), IVF prenancy (OR = 5.91; 95%CI: 5.15 - 6.78; p < 0.001). Conclusions: Factors inclusing history of cesarean delivery, Preeclampsia/high blood pressure, maternal heart disease, breech or transverse lie pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, Placenta previa and IVF prenancy affected on cesarean section.
