This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted to determine the advantages and disadvantages of Health Education and Communication network. Data was collected by qualitative methods with in-depth interviews, group discussions on various subject groups about the organization, the management and the implementation of health communication and education. The findings showed that there are many advantages from the establishment of specialized system of Health Education and Communication network. However, there are some limitations in policies as well as barriers in the implementations. Based on these findings, the managers and policy makers could adjust the policies, funding and manage the system operations, in order to improve efficiency of health communication and education activities as a fundamental solution in people's health care.
