
Objective: to analyse the value of mammography in the diagnose of breast cancer stage Tis-T1. Patients and methods: 71 female patients diagnosed and treated as breast cancer stage Tis, T1 in K Hospital from 11/2008 to 5/2012. Results: In the cancer group, 25,5 percent of tumors sized from 5 to 10 mm and 74,5 percent sized from 11 to 20 mm. The sensitivity and specitivity of mass lesion were 84 percent and 20 percent, respectively. The positive and negative value 73 percent, 33 percent, respectively. The sensitivity and specitivity of irregular speculated lesions were 80,4 percent and 80 percent, respectively, the positive and negative value were 91 percent and 61,5 percent. The sensitivity and specitivity of poorly defined lesions were 82,4 percent and 70 percent, the positive value 87,5 percent and negative value 60,9 percent. The sensitivity and specitivity of calcification lesions were 41,2 percent and 95 percent, respectively, the positive value 95,5 percent and negative value 38,8 percent. The sensitivity and specitivity of pleomorphic lesions were 68,6 percent and 70 percent respectively, the positive value 85,4 percent, the negative value 46,7 percent. The patients diagnosed as breast cancer accounted for 88,2 percent. Conclusions: The mammography has high sensitivity and specitivity in the diagnose of early breast cancer.
