Phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan tới mức độ tàn tật ở bệnh nhân phong tại tỉnh Hà Nam

Disability is common among leprosy patients and there are many factors related to the disability. The study was conducted to analyse some factors influencing the disability in leprosy patients in 2010 in Ha Nam province. The results show that the old patients (more than 60 years old) had more risk with disability in their faces, hands and feeds than the others. Patients who had leprosy more than 20 years had more risk with disability in their faces, hands and feeds than the others than the others. MB patients had more risk with disability than the others. Thus, old patients, long time with leprocy, MB type were risk factors of disability among leprocy patients.
