Các khoa, phòng của cơ sở y tế đều sử dụng lượng lớn thiết bị y tế (TBYT) và phụ tùng đi kèm trong quá trình khám chữa bệnh, việc quản lý và cảnh báo bảo trì, hiệu chuẩn TBYT có vai trò quan trọng trong đảm bảo chất lượng điều trị. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu đề xuất yêu cầu kỹ thuật; thiết kế giao diện và phát triển PM hỗ trợ quản lý TBYT. Quá trình đánh giá phần mềm được thực hiện căn cứ theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật đề ra. Kết quả: Kết quả khảo sát ghi nhận số lượng TBYT lớn và kém đồng bộ trong quản lý vận hành TTBYT. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất yêu cầu kỹ thuật, thiết kế giao diện và phát triển phần mềm Pharsolpro iEquip 1.5, bao gồm các chức năng dự trù, mua sắm, quản lý sử dụng, bảo trì các thiết bị y tế trong bệnh viện với khả năng theo dõi tình trạng TBYT và cảnh báo thời gian thực cho bộ phận phụ trách. Kết quả đánh giá phần mềm hoạt động ổn định, phù hợp với yêu cầu kỹ thuật đề ra. Kết luận: Nghiên cứu khảo sát quy trình và phát triển phần mềm quản lý TBYT trong bệnh viện đáp ứng được các yêu cầu và mục tiêu đề ra.
Departments of medical facilities operate a large quantities of medical devices (MDs) and theirs parts in healthcare processes; the management, tracking and maintenance processes play a crucial role in ensuring treatment quality. Method: The study propose user requirements specification (URS), designs software interfaces and develops a MDMS to assist the process. Software validation is conducted according to the proposed URS. Result: The survey identified several challenges, including a large quantities of MDs and poor synchronization in MD management. Based on these findings, we proposed URS, designed interfaces, and developed Pharsolpro iEquip 1.5. This software includes functions for planning, procurement, usage management, and maintenance of MDs in hospitals, with real-time status monitoring and give immediate warnings to the designated personnel in charge.. Software evaluation demonstrated stable operation and compliance with the proposed URS. Conclusion: This study successfully surveyed and developed a MDMS in hospitals, fulfilling requirements and proposed objectives.
