
The most common anatomical abnomalities cause of nasal obstruction- is the deviated nasal septum (DNS). DNS is also one of the causes of chronique sinus disease. Endonasal septoplasty is a surgical procedure frequently performed for the relief of nasal obstruction. Now complications following nasal septal surgery have been occured. Bleeding, septal hematoma are the most common proplems and may be the result of the using classical instruments.The difference between the procedures is primarily that the classic correction of the nasal deviation based on removal of portions of the septal cartilage and bone, Whereas the septoplasty only corrects the deformity by repositioning and removing minimal bone and cartillage with drill. 40/42 patients for nasal septoplasty by drill have good nasal breathinh when evaluating by Glatzel glat. The complycations for the two patiens are crusting in the first few days postoperatively.
