This study was carried out to detemine arrhythmia of operators in one cement manufacturing etablisment. Thirty four (34) operators of Center Control Room belonging to one cement manufacturing etablisment were recorded by ECG Holter MSC-8800 Holter Monitoring with Medical Systems International software (USA) and normal rule ECG. During recorded time by ECG Holter, operators worked as usual. The result showed that the rate of operator's arrhythmia is 17.6 percent (6 per 34 subjects). Among them 5 per 6 operator's arrhythmia is ventricular ectopic; one of them is ventricular ectopic and supraventricular ectopic. This operator's arrhythmia couldn't be detemined by normal rule ECG. Using ECG Holter is to detemine early arrhythmia in workers.
