So sánh kết quả của phương pháp chụp MSCT với chụp động mạch qua da trong việc đánh giá các tổn thương của động mạch vành

Aims: The aim of our study was to investigate the accuracy of 64-slice computed tomography (CT) for assessing heamodynamically significant stenoses of coronary arteries. Methods and results: CT angiography was performed in 131 patients (93 male. 38 female; mean age 63.6 + or - 9.7 years) with suspected coronary artery disease and compared with invasive coronary angiography. All vessels were considered for the assessment of significant coronary artery stenosis (diameter reduction 50 percent). Overall sensitivity for classifying stenoses was 91 percent, specificity was 85 percent. Conclusion: Sixty-four-slice CT provides a high diagnostic accuracy in assessing coronary artery stenoses.
