So sánh phương pháp hình thái học - hóa tế bào và dấu ấn tế bào trong chẩn đoán phân dòng bạch cầu cấp tại Bệnh viện Truyền máu - Huyết học TP Hồ Chí Minh

Study was conducted at Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital HCM city, from lrst April 2010 to 31rst August 2011, including 343 bone marrow examinations which diagnosed acute leukemia on morphologic method associated with cytochemistry, including 154 children cases (45 percent) (15 years) and 189 adult cases (55 percent). The authors founded 164 acute myeloid leukemia cases (47.8 percent), among majority M2 type (86 cases #50.9 percent) and 179 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (52.2 percent), majority L2 type(136 cases #81.4 percent). As compared with immunophenotyping resuls, the authors received that the sensibility is 92.9 percent and the specific is 95.9 percent for AML, respective 99.4 percent and 92.6 percent for ALL.
