From the case of 15-year-old male patient with skin and soft tissue defects of phalanges III finger- 2 and 3 right finger-joints cut by glass, the author of the article would like to introduce the tissue flap designed basing on the shallow veins under the skin and to give indications for treatment of covering soft tissue defects of hand and finger. Venous flap is one of the best materials specified for reconstruction of soft tissue defects in hand and finger.
